「元祖鐵板燒 牛排Misono」是日本鐵板燒的始祖，筆者早前吃過，無論是A5和牛，伊勢龍蝦，320克的鮑魚，都吃得美味滿足，重點是和大廚交流中感受他對「帶出食材原味」的堅持，及再次了解和牛最重要是級數而非是否神戶牛。此外侍應和大廚通曉國語英語，更有繁體中文餐牌，遊客也能盡興。
