銅鑼灣沾麵戰場新勢力「沾麵哲」開張，因為早聽過其大名及在東京光顧過所以火速去試。沾汁有點似日本No.1「中華蕎麥とみた」很不錯問題是份量不足，麵條似乎未掌握火喉有待改善，叉燒意外地出色，然而店內服務及結帳顯得混亂，要擊敗三田製麵所尚待努力。內文送上原味辣味沾麵及限定千駄木拉麵的感想。]]></description>
